It's been exactly six months since I've updated this news page and a lot has happened. This week my first feature in Time Magazine was published, and last month the magazine's Lightbox blog featured my personal project, Everything That Rises Must Converge. I'm expanding ETRMC into a longer mixed-media project and there are loads of exciting developments in the works. Take a look around. There are new editorial assignments for Bloomberg Businessweek, Die Zeit Campus, and the Wall Street Journal, as well as a reorganized and streamlined Main Portfolio section. Stay tuned for more new work...

This past February I returned to Palestine to continue working on my project Everything That Rises Must Converge. During my time in Palestine, I was afforded the incredible opportunity to work with the talented Ramallah-based journalist, Joseph Dana, on a reportage piece about the budding Palestinian Spring taking shape across the West Bank. Our story was published in the April issue of GQ (Deutsch) earlier this month and you can see a link to the piece here. A brand new edit of my personal project is up on the site now. More work will be posted in the coming weeks.
Also keep your eyes peeled for my portraits of John Waters at his home in Baltimore for the Wall Street Journal Magazine, and a feature about race horses for Town and Country. Both will be out in the spring.

I returned from Israel and Palestine at the end of February, and am up to my neck in editing! LOTS of new work is on the way.
This month you can see photographs I took of Christiane Amanpour for the Wall Street Journal Magazine, portraits of John Turturro for the Wall Street Journal, a portrait of the author Sloane Crosley in W's September Fashion Issue, and a portrait of the Israeli artist Dor Guez in the Sept/Oct issue of Art Asia Pacific.
Here's a silly video still of me photographing John Turturro in his kitchen. Awesome guy.
